The Project My Home Seller initiative saves Sellers thousands when you sell their home. Even before you go live on the MLS, the home is entered into our seller portfolio and matched with our large list of pre-approved buyers.  Buyers are offered a considerable rebate to purchase your home which not only makes it more desirable, it can save your Seller from paying their closing costs as well.   1. All Sellers must be registered at projectmyhome.com.
  2. Listings must be approved by acting Project My Home Director.
  3. Listing agent will introduce Seller(s) to The Elmendorf Team via warm hand-off email (loans@elmendorfteam.com) after enrollment.
  4. For all listings, Agent will put in Public and Agent remarks “Project My Home approved listing!"  This will be placed above the property summary.
  5. Agent will place promotional flyers in each Project My Home listing showcasing Rick Elmendorf and Caliber Home Loans.*

*Agent must accept an invite from Rick Elmendorf to List Reports which is the program used to issue sign riders, promotional flyers and web pages to capture buyers.
